This was definitely written by a German in the 60s. I am amazed how many are bad. The book provides lots desogn great explanations, and the book itself is laid out beautifully as well. Thanks for telling us about the problem. That said, I found it outdated and less than captivating. That is one of the reasons why paintings, sculptures and buildings that are thousands of years old — by the Egyptians, Chinese, Assyrians and so hrid — are still fascinating to us today.

I definitely don’t recommend anyone to follow the grids, this book is simply a tool to get exposed to working with the grid. We always got interesting, and occasionally hilarious, results.
