Sustained by traditions, access to land and waterways, and a keen sense of humor and vitality, Gebusi exhibit resilience and dignity amid conditions of continuing gebuwi and change. Where this voyage differed was in the fact that in this gebudi edition, Bruce Knauft offers remixed versions of the Gebusi by repeating his travels to Papua New Guinea over the course of about thirty years.

This book is very well written and while short in length this book is long on interesting Anthropological content. Doesn’t this deserve to be in the book, rather than only the “alternative sexual practices” i.
